Overview: server installation
The NoPass™ passwordless authentication system is available through the installation of the NoPass™ server.
To enjoy the full scope of the NoPass™ features, you can integrate the ready-made solution into your system or have it customized to meet your peculiar needs.
There are three main ways to integrate the NoPass™ passwordless authentication system into your system: by installing the NoPass™ server locally, through an AWS \ Azure tool, and with the help of a cloud server.
The on-premises deployment (see Getting started)
This method has a number of advantages:
- Customized NoPass™ integration.
- Reduced costs of administration and capital expenditure.
- Full control over the system and the ability to create your own security policies.
The AWS deployment (see Prerequisites)
The method has the following advantages:
- Security and simplicity of usage.
- Compatibility with any AWS \ Azure tool.
- Configurable to your needs.
